In Peacock’s crime comedy-drama Poker Face, Natasha Lyonne stars as Charlie Cale, a casino worker with an uncanny ability to instantly detect lies. Charlie is forced to go on the run after her best friend is murdered. Pursued by a casino boss, she travels across the United States in her Plymouth Barracuda, stumbling upon and solving a new murder in each location.

Judith Light made history by winning the show’s first Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series in 2023 for her performance as Irene Smothers in the episode “Time of the Monkey”.
